Abrupt, rude, poor service. A "typical car dealer." The dealer staff do not respond to emails or return telephone calls. When I visited, salesperson Justin was again "typical car dealer." As he assured m dealer staff do not respond to emails or return telephone calls. When I visited, salesperson Justin was again "typical car dealer." As he assured me of all of his past accomplishments, every conversation began and ended with "bro." During our conversations and locating vehicles at his desk, he accepted three telephone calls and began working on a separate sale as I was still seated at his desk. He then expressed to me that all of his customers lie the moment they open their mouthes. When test driving he entered the wrong vehicle... a customer's owned vehicle unlocked in the parking lot. He then lectured me on everything he hated about his customers that day and customers he hated ealier in the week. He seems rather unhappy with his job and I hope his professional life improves soon. More
