service to SERVICE In a 24 hour period, my vehicular experience went from feeling abandoned to "why didn't I shop here sooner"! On Wednesday I was informed by my "ot In a 24 hour period, my vehicular experience went from feeling abandoned to "why didn't I shop here sooner"! On Wednesday I was informed by my "other dealership" that a part to fix my ac would cost $1500. I wasn't able to drive my own car back home due to the fear factor I experienced if I tried to drive it and what could happen. So, I left "Zoom Zoom" with their "service" department and found a way home to give a trade-in serious consideration. Upon further investigation, I was quoted by a friend of a friend that the install could be done for HALF THE DEALER QUOTE??? This was the defining moment that made up my mind. Even if I did trade in...I still had to deal with the same service department, or lack of. Got in touch with Randy Vida through a mutual friend. He hooked me up with Melissa Barauidan and my entire opinion of the automotive industry has changed. No fuss, no haggling, extremely professional and welcoming. I felt like part of their family and I just met most of them! Needless to say, I drove off with my new Civic and didn't feel like I was sold. The whole process took under 2 hours. My car was immaculate and ready to drive home as soon as I completed the paperwork. I EVEN GOT TO BANG A GONG 😂 I have been in sales for 23 years and have extremely high expectations of my sales teams and their quality of service. Yesterday, I learned something new. I made an appointment to sho I appreciate how positive and easeful my buying experience was. I was first met by Thomas, who was cheerful and friendly. I made an appointment to shop for my new Honda Fit. Thomas recommended a new man, named Bryan Gaoiran. Bryan was knowledgeable, friendly, personal, patient and genuinely sincere. He went above my expectations by showing me numerous cars, letting me test drive, and finding a monthly payment to fit my budget. He even took the time to teach me how to use the tech features on my new Fit. In the meantime, another man looked over the car and made sure it was spotless. Khem Phoue finalized the financial aspect/loan. She made sure I got the best rate possible. . She was amazing as well! So professional and put me right at ease. Thank you Island Honda! More
