Pleasantly surprised I recently had an issue with my Ridgeline that I could not fix myself, very reluctantly I took it to island Honda maui. I avoid dealerships like a plague since being burned so many times in the past, I do most of my own work but this was out of my skills range. I have to say that Mel at the service dept. Was the most amazing, helpful employee I have encountered at a dealership, island Honda is my new home for service as well as new car purchase In the future. Honda hrv Came here in the age old debate of brand new vs 1 year old Honda. Had narrowed it down to hrv or crv but leaning more on hrv due to its price differen Came here in the age old debate of brand new vs 1 year old Honda. Had narrowed it down to hrv or crv but leaning more on hrv due to its price difference from the crv. Wanted a Honda because they last and I plan to drive it till it dies 15+ years later like my current accord (still running strong). Like usual when looking at cars it takes forever seeing different features test driving ect. Finally had decided on the hrv ex would best fit our lifestyle needs. We didn't necessarily need the few extra features that were included with the next level up. Once that had been nailed down. Jefferson was up to talk about numbers game next. As with buying new, finance options are much better which sealed the deal on the 2017 vs 2016 with a special financing they had on new hrv listed on their website. Thomas helped prepare the documents for signing and show add on service package options. When it was all said and done Jefferson reminded us of all the buttons in the car and how to use them, and helped syncthe phone with Bluetooth before driving off. then you ring the bell and off you go. Wonderful experience and I walked away with my dream car! I just bought my dream car! I walked into Island Honda knowing what car I wanted but not knowing if I would be able to make it happen. Sebastian was o I just bought my dream car! I walked into Island Honda knowing what car I wanted but not knowing if I would be able to make it happen. Sebastian was our salesman and he was fantastic. He greeted us with a smile, and made us feel comfortable right away. I told him I was really interested in a Honda CRV, preferably white and he said he had just that to show me. He walked us out to a beauty, 2017 Honda CRV LX. He was very knowledgeable, answering any and all questions we had. And also very personable, we got to talking about family and our jobs and all that. I brought my uncle with me and he is the ultimate car guy, and Sebastian had an answer to all his questions. He took us for a test drive, and the car felt so good to drive! He also showed us the EX model, with definitely some nice perks, all the bells and whistles. When We talked about my budget and what I was going to be able to put down/pay monthly, Sebastian was straight with me about the likelihood of me being able to get the EX, but he said he would see what we could come up with. Ultimately, I decided to go with the LX, which I am so happy with. He really worked with me to get the best deal we could. He was straightforward with us on what was realistic but also willing to do everything he could to make this deal happen. After a few back-and-fourths, we agreed on a great contract and we shook hands. The Manager Dru came down And greeted us after. He was very kind and friendly. He seemed like a great guy to work with. When the deal was done, Khem took care of the financials and all the signing of the papers. Khem was a sweetheart too, she went over everything with me-answering any questions I had. After the signing we met back up with Sebastian- he walked me to my new car, set me up inside, showed me all the details of how the Bluetooth worked and all the other features and sent me on my way. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in buying my first new car. Island Honda is a wonderful dealership and I would recommend it to all! They treat you like family, and send you off with a solid car. I'm so delighted with my purchase! Thank you Island Honda! More

80K service Brought in my 2008 CR-V for maintenance. They called me saying they noticed my brake fluid needed changing as well and it would be another 2 hours.
