My family and I went into Honda looking for a vehicle before the school year started, and it has now been around a solid two months with our car and we love it. Thinking back to that day I don?t think we would have purchased our car if it wasn't for our salesman, Chirs Ige. Don?t get me wrong everyone is pretty nice at the beginning in a car dealership, but a person?s true nature really shows as negotiations start. My family and I can honestly say that from beginning to end we could tell that Chris was actually there to support us in anyway he could, and not just make another sale. He was very informative in the beginning look through and throughout the test drive. As we decided what car we wanted he was very helpful in explaining the process, and answered any questions we had throughout. Through all of the LAME rejections by the manager (including the simple car mats he didn't want to throw in), Chris continued to push for a price that was right for me and my family (including the car mats he got us). At the end of the day, my family and I were able to ring that gong and take home a beautiful car. We really appreciated a local guy (Chris) taking care of local people. Mahalo nunui Chris! Oh, I also want to give a shoutout to Khem because she helped us alot through the finance side of things as well. Khem helped us understand all of our questions we had, and even found us a lower price (whoop!) for the car later! Overall, we were really happy with the service from our salesman and finance person. The only thing that I regret doing, and wished we had seen earlier has to do with the inside of the car. We had the car for a little while already at the time, but never put the windows down because the AC is amazing. We hadn't noticed that on the side of the backseats behind the passenger that there was water damage to the seats. I don?t know if at a point in time the windows were cracked and water got in, but we were just so excited that we missed that. Hopefully its nothing, but others just be sure to thoroughly check before leaving. So those of you looking for cars go to Chris for the sale, and I?ll leave you with a quote my wise uncle said, "Make sure to get those car mats before you seal the deal." More
