We walked in to the dealership in the morning just hoping to gather information about what our options were for financing a new car, and ended up driving home a new car by the end of the day. Neither my husband or I have great credit, but since we have a new baby, getting a reliable family car became top priority. When we walked into the dealership, there weren't any customers, but all of the staff were busy on their computers or on the phone--no one approached us (!!--a 'minus') except for Jacob, who was very friendly and helpful. We worked with him all day and he was great--he's newer to the job, so he didn't have all the answers to the questions we had (a minus) but otherwise gave 5-star service. Thomas in financing was also great, knowledgeable and helpful. More

Julius helped me pick out the color of the vehicle, explained how things worked in the car and let me test drive it. We then took care of the documents and although it took awhile getting everything finalize (which was to be expected) we were able to get me the car and deal that I was looking for. They both were very personable and neither tried to sell me anything I didn't want. You can tell the work environment at Island Honda is positive and the workers there are comfortable with each other, which puts the customers at ease. Thank you again, for all your help! More
