First, I was allowed to drop my car off the night before and this was a huge benefit, even though it seemed to have a little risk (dropping car off, then placing keys in a box, praying no one would damage the vehicle during the night). Next, a sales person (dressed to impress) showed me where to park my brothers car, and opened doors at dealership allowing me to cut through the sales room to go to the service room. Then a counter rep. was enjoying her day she broke out in her own dance moves at least 2x --- this was not my behind the counter service rep. My service rep. was polite and professional. Finally, the service rep. accommodating my special request to allow another person to pick up my car -- which ended up being after normal business hours. I'm very grateful for each little experience. Well except the unexpected additional expenses, but such is ownership for a late model car. Honorable mention to the guy supervising the gal's. He indicated if the special circumstance required his attention to give him a call. More
