A usually trying task made easy. I had been spending quite a bit of time exploring the ins and outs of purchasing a new truck. I’ve had on four previous occasions owned or leased a Ridgeline, so my search centered on the Ridgeline while comparing makes. Had a service appointment so arranged to meet Melissa to look at the 2018 Ridgeline. Dru had worked up estimates on a trade of my 2014 Ridgeline Sport. Melissa led me through the process of purchase, showed me the vehicle and I drove home from the dealership with a 2018 Ridgeline. Thanks to Melissa’s assistance I was able to transfer all my personal gear to the new truck. Radio was even programmed and the door and other features were too. Great service and the ride home was icing on the cake. Thanks to Melissa and Dru for the kind of great service and help I’ve come to expect at Island Honda. More
