Thanks to Mellisa for a painless day/experience. I came it to have my previous Honda Fit serviced and wasn't looking to buy a new car, but was worried repairs would be quite expensive. I entered the showroom out of curiosity and Melissa was first to be helpful. I considered that I might have enough in trade and in my savings to outright buy a car that day and start over. Melissa was patient in repeating model options, units that were available (my first choice was certified used, like my previous Fit), and at no time gave any sales pressure. The latter is VERY important. I do NOT respond to any sales pressure. After visiting nearby dealers, test-driving an HR-V, a used Fit, and finally the new Fit I bought, it was a long day for us both. When the service department gave the news that repairs to my old Fit would not be as bad as expected, I returned to Mellissa to review options and she worked with her manager to get me a better price and trade-in value. This is my 4th car with this dealership and this was the best experience so far due to this salesperson. More
