Awesome Melissa did an awesome job. Especially when she had to explain to me the different functions and sometimes I didn't get it she was very patient with Melissa did an awesome job. I love working with Honda as I own a 2006 Pilot and the service team ate si great and helpful. You have a staff that you should be proud of. I have no problems recommending Island Honda and I know I'll be back the next time I need a new Pilot as it's my favorite SUV. More

I hadn’t purchased a vehicle since 2001 and h We were on a test drive adventure after reading up on several vehicle makes and Honda was our last stop. I hadn’t purchased a vehicle since 2001 and had no idea what to expect. With that in mind I couldn’t be happier that Casi was our sales person as she was a great balance to my UN-expectations. Her introduction, the test drive, answering our questions clearly without fluff and helping me get devices set up properly - our whole experience with her was pleasant and positive. I feel like we drove in to the lot at the perfect time. She also has great taste in Mochi and Donuts (👍🏻). I absolutely loved my drive home last night in my new vehicle. Thank you, Casi. 👊🏻 More

Easy and no pressure I needed to turn in my lease so I went to the dealership to look. I gave Jacob my number and said it would probably be 2 weeks before I would have tim I needed to turn in my lease so I went to the dealership to look. I gave Jacob my number and said it would probably be 2 weeks before I would have time to come back and look. He didn’t bug me with calls, texts, emails, just let me take that time I needed! Which is why when I saw the car I wanted I text him and he was so helpful! Knowing I had a newborn with me, he made it super easy to test drive, didn’t play games with numbers and had me in the car in a couple of hours! Love me car!! More

6 month's service a god experience Ashley scheduled our service for 10 a.m. We arrived promptly and Ashley was right there to check us in! She said our service would take about one hour and 45 minutes. We waited in the lounge and Ashley kept us updated on what was going on. She advised they were running a little behind. Our car was delivered to us at 12 noon. We really appreciated they told us what they were going to do and they did it! Also, we appreciated the no-cost car wash before our car was returned to us. All, in all, the service was a good experience. More

Awesome experience!!!! Jacob Kealoha, my salesman, and Chris Ginnett the finance guy were both awesome! I bought a 2018 HR-V. Jacob was great! He knew the vehicle and was ab Jacob Kealoha, my salesman, and Chris Ginnett the finance guy were both awesome! I bought a 2018 HR-V. Jacob was great! He knew the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions. He even paired my phone Bluetooth for me and even offered to set my stereo stations!! He was very polite and professional while still making it a fun experience. Chris was able to get me a fantastic rate/term with a local bank and my payments are less than I expected. He explained all the paperwork thoroughly and efficiently. He knows his stuff. And I drove my new car home. All this on a Sunday afternoon!! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! More
