Her introduction, the test drive, answering our questions clearly without fluff and helping me get devices set up properly - our whole experience with her was pleasant and positive. Easy and no pressure I needed to turn in my lease so I went to the dealership to look. I gave Jacob my number and said it would probably be 2 weeks before I would have tim I needed to turn in my lease so I went to the dealership to look. Which is why when I saw the car I wanted I text him and he was so helpful! Knowing I had a newborn with me, he made it super easy to test drive, didn’t play games with numbers and had me in the car in a couple of hours! Love me car!! More
