We had no idea that we would be walking out with the car of our dreams. It was like it was staged, meaning that the very first SUV that we saw was parked in the showroom. The color of the exterior was what we wanted. The interior was the color that we wanted. Julius Carlos greeted us with a smile. He answered all the questions that we had about the car, and believe me when I say that, my husband had so many questions. Julius even drove it out of the showroom to let us test drive it, Still our questions fired away with more questions. Julius answered every question. He was very knowledgeable about the SUV. When we got back, we hammered out the finances, he was very professional yet personable, never pushy. Never at anytime did I feel uncomfortable. He was really concern that we were happy with our choice. All I can say is that I felt more "like family" and less of a customer. I'd also like to give a warm Thank you to Khem Phoue for going through all the final paperwork and was truly happy for us. Khen explained all the finances, contracts, and the numbers so that we understood where every penny we paid was going to. She answered more questions. Just a great atmosphere, and caring team. I walked away from Island Honda feeling a Whole lot Happier! I can't wait until our daughter is done with her responsibility in paying up with her current loan. She has one more year. She is already looking to upgrading to a truck...You bet right...we'll be taking her to Island Honda! More
