OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I can't say thank you enough to Julius Carlos, the salesperson who helped my daughter Brandir with the purchase of her first brand new car! Julius we I can't say thank you enough to Julius Carlos, the salesperson who helped my daughter Brandir with the purchase of her first brand new car! Julius went out of his way to make sure my daughter got the car that was right for her. Once she decided on the car she wanted, he made sure she understood how everything worked. Kim was also wonderful in explaining the contract end of the sale. She made sure my daughter understood what her payments were going to be, who was doing the financing, etc... This was the best customer service I have experienced in such a long time! My older daughter bought a brand new Tacoma from Toyota and the service wasn't even close!!! Second of all, a truly stand up guy, not to mention a gentleman in every sense of the word. As far as I’m concerned, Jacob is the ONLY guy to go see if you are in the market for a new vehicle (no disrespect to anyone else at Honda intended because they were all great). He was super attentive and really listened when I told him my specific situation and needs; and he really went the extra mile to make it all work out (no pun intended as I think we test drove my vehicle 2 or 3 times!). I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase and my overall experience at Island Honda! Additionally, everyone I dealt with there was very friendly, courteous and professional.
