Great experience I wasn’t planning on coming in and trading it in my Honda Fit but I went into service my car and decided to go and take a look at a HR-V. Melissa gree I wasn’t planning on coming in and trading it in my Honda Fit but I went into service my car and decided to go and take a look at a HR-V. Melissa greeted me in a friendly and professional manner and asked if I had any questions, told her that I wanted check out the HR-V she showed me around the car and I liked it a lot because I was able to get into the car easier then my Honda Fit. Some things that stood out with Melissa was her non Pressures approach and her concern for my happiness was her priority and took the Time to listen to what I had to say about my concerns about my other car. Very happy with the amount of attention and care showed us Our car had to be towed to the shop, it was over 10 years old and we were having issues with it. Omar in the shop talked us through every step of what Our car had to be towed to the shop, it was over 10 years old and we were having issues with it. Omar in the shop talked us through every step of what was going on and when we made the decision to trade it in, he referred us to Melissa or Sebastian. When we walked in, we could see why: Melissa had trophies galore for her salesmanship. Neither were there, and thank God cor that, cause we were helped by Theresa, who is awesome! She asked us what we wanted, and then immediately found results and worked to make it fit our needs. It was faster than we thought it would be, and Theresa is great at her job; my wife and I are Leary of sales people but she made us feel at home and in control. Mahalo nui loa Island Honda for helping us to get the car we always wanted at a decent price and rate and making us feel confortable all the while! More
