The Service Department noticed the charge on my battery was low and replaced it right then and there when they saw that my warranty was about to expire. It sounds like cliche but we hit it off like we have been friends for years. Not only did I get a brand new car but earned a friend at the dealership. Though it was already after closing hours when were finishing up, I did not feel rushed at all, she even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the bluetooth with my phone etc. So happy!!!
