One stop shopping for my auto needs! I brought my Accord in for servicing and to discuss buying the car after leasing it for nearly 3 years. The Service Department noticed the charge on my battery was low and replaced it right then and there when they saw that my warranty was about to expire. I can’t say enough about Melissa as my sales agent. She was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure just great accomodating service. It sounds like cliche but we hit it off like we have been friends for years. Not only did I get a brand new car but earned a friend at the dealership. Though it was already after closing hours when were finishing up, I did not feel rushed at all, she even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the bluetooth with my phone etc. So happy!!! The only complaint would be the vehicle prep when it was delivered. Vehicles had a lot of water spots, dirty roof and interior had dirt and footprints. That is the only thing that needs attention. Delivery is so important because it can make the wow & excitement go away really fast. Work on that and you'll be a perfect 10! More
