Worst experience ever Car needed massive repairs after less than 5,000 miles. They wanted over $3,000 to fix it. I found an honest mechanic and the problem was a $35 part. Car needed massive repairs after less than 5,000 miles. They wanted over $3,000 to fix it. I found an honest mechanic and the problem was a $35 part. No one form Island Honda would take any responsibility for selling me an obviously damaged car, or for cheating me out of over $1700 in unnecessary repairs. We'll see what the Better Business Bureau has to say about this. More

I was showed the cars that just arrived after I test drove a car but didn’t like it, and instantly found one that spoke to me. Jeffery pulled the car and allowed me to test drive it & I knew that’s the car I wanted. Julius was such a pleasure to work with, he was very patient and answered all of our questions, we ended up buying a brand new 2018 CRV EX and loving it. Wonderful Service Dept at ISLAND HONDA on Maui! ALOHA! We bought our Honda Fit at Island Honda new in 2007, and since then we've only brought our Fit to their Service Dept...11 years and counting! Online inventory search Julius was awesome from the beginning when I searched for an Accord online. A hard to find car found I was looking for a civic si sedan but found that these cars are not regularly brought in. Unwilling to buy from a Oahu dealer and deal with shipping I was looking for a civic si sedan but found that these cars are not regularly brought in. Unwilling to buy from a Oahu dealer and deal with shipping fees and extra hassles I decided to wait for one to come in at Island Honda. Having purchased from Island Honda in the past, and had excellent service from melissa in sales, I mentioned for her to let me know should one come in. Melissa did exactly that, I got a call from melissa that they got a silver civic si. I set a appointment over the phone, a short negotiation later I was headed to finance with Kim. Kim had all the paperwork ready to sign and I had the keys to my hard to find civic si in less then two hours. A+ sales staff with lots of finance options. More
