Misrepresented We recently bought a used 2007 Toyota Siena, When the salesman first showed us the car we asked him questions regarding things that we noticed about We recently bought a used 2007 Toyota Siena, When the salesman first showed us the car we asked him questions regarding things that we noticed about the car such as damaged dashboard, side view mirrors, and air conditioning and we were first told that these things would be fixed and latter changed that to the dealership would take the repair or costs to fix these things off of the price. We then got into a conversation of what we thought the costs would be to fix these items and he clearly disagreed with us and for each item he told us extremely low values. He also said that their mechanics had cleared the car to be in good mechanical and operating condition. We told him that we thought the car was too high priced and he said well lets go and write it up and see what price we can get you. After a long process and two negotiations we were able to get the highly inflated beginning price down $2000 as he and his manager agreed that this should cover the price of the needed repairs and replacement of parts. We also had to eventually sign an as is contract which gave us no options when we found that the costs would be at least 3 times what we were given as discount of the original price. In all honesty we take responsibility for accepting the deal. However, I feel we were greatly mislead on what the replacement and repair costs ended up being. We are very dissatisfied with our experience and felt that the dealership probably didn't pay much for the vehicle and made a lot of profit at our expense. We will definitely think twice about using this dealership to purchase a used car again. In all fairness to the salesman he also had to deal with his manager who wanted to make as much for the dealership as he could so it definitely wasn't all on him. More

Just bought a used car from here We were lied to about this car it was not detailed very well at all I was told it was a $500 detail ! I was told this car passed a mechanics inspection and it has broken tract control ! Bad brakes ! The cracked dashboard is $4000 to fix I wa told it would be less than 1000 to fix ! What a piece of crap Mecanicly it has problems ! To fix this car will cost more than we payed for it ! He said it was mecanicly good on the dealerships reputation ! We would have don’t much much better buying a car from craigslist ! This dealership is dishonest the broken mirrors are $800 each ! More

No communication, VERY Unprofessional! Went to purchase a vehicle. Have a low FICO score and they said no problem getting financed.
