My only complaint was that we had to wait almost 3 hours to sign for the car, but the Finance manager Mike made it up to me with some free oil changes. I'll take it :). Overall I am completely satisfied. Love my new Jeep Compass. Will definitely see Joe Smith again in 28 months (It's a 36 month lease) because he will definately help me get out of it. Better than expected I always dread shopping for a new car. Usually salesman are arrogant, sneaky and hard to deal with. I had 8 months left on my Mazda CX-5 lease, they took over all the payments with no problem and didn't cost me much at all. Dennis Pustylnikov was my salesman, he was a great person to deal with him, I would recommend him to anybody. Mike Podell the manger was also a great person to deal with he got me the deal I wanted right away, I would recommend his services to anyone as well. Mike Bender in finance was also a great person to work with, he made the finance period go easy and smoothly, I would recommend his services to anyone as well. The service here was also amazing. After I brought my Jeep Renegade, the deal got done late because I came in late, they stayed until after the dealer closed to get the car for me that day. Then, the detail shop was closed so I couldn't get the car detailed. So, the next day, Dennis my salesman, came to my house dropped off a car for me to used, picked up my Jeep to get it detailed. Then when they were done with detailing my Jeep they drove it back to my house and picked up the car they let me use while they were detailing my Jeep, talk about excellent service right. More
