Left waiting for hours I got to the dealership at 9am on Thursday and I met with Terrence Devlin. Every time I had a question he would say, 'I have to find out.' and he woul I got to the dealership at 9am on Thursday and I met with Terrence Devlin. Every time I had a question he would say, 'I have to find out.' and he would leave for over 20 minutes. He would leave to take phone calls too. I was constantly left waiting. When we finally sat down to discuss what I wanted he said he was going to show me a similar car and again walked away for over 20 minutes finally returning without the keys. He told me that the exact car I wanted was not on the lot but I should come back the next day at noon and they will have the car I want waiting for me. After 3.5 hours I left without seeing the car. I came back Friday at noon and I was told the car would be ready for me to see in an hour. When I finally saw the car, it was not the one I asked for. Conversations continued and again, he kept walking away. Over 4 hours later, I finally left the dealership. If you expect quick service, this is not the place to go. More
