Courteous and responsive I purchased my 3rd Jeep Grand Cherokee from Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and have always had very courteous and attentive service. For this recent I purchased my 3rd Jeep Grand Cherokee from Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and have always had very courteous and attentive service. For this recent purchase in June 2017, my sales representative was Jim Rocco. He was a really nice guy to speak with and work with to get the car. He also was very conscientious of my time as I had to pick up my kids by a certain time and he pushed through to ensure I didn't miss picking them up. Jim was polite, informative and knowledgeable. Horrible customer service I will start by saying i wanted to keep my money with american cars after all my life purchasing cars from overseas. I purchased 2017 dodge durango. I will start by saying i wanted to keep my money with american cars after all my life purchasing cars from overseas. I purchased 2017 dodge durango. First day of pickup i was able to drive it home, second day absolutely no cool air coming out. Called to get the car fixed, they couldnt see me untii the following week mind you the car has 7 miles on it, they should have been apologizing up and down for this to be happening. I get the car in, they said a wire was not connecte, i am ready to go, for 2 weeks, we heard hissng sounds, like something was coming out of the vents,mind you i have 3 small kids and we hear this sound, we call again on june 19th, they couuldnt get my truck until July 10th, pretty scary to know that so many dodge cars need to be cared for. So what i have learned is i woud never ddeal wiith dodge again. Oh and i also realized upon reading the reviews that the manager has apologized regarding some of the bad reviews. Heres a little pointer rather than write apologies, call people back, as i left 4 yes 4 messages for the manager to call back with no call back. Its a shame your supposed to enjoy your new vehicle but you can't because its in for service twice in less than a month. Island dodge should have taken care of this probem. a phone call was already submitted to headquarters. Doctors have already been aware of the hissiing and aroma coming out of my vents. This is a serious matter that ISLAND DODGE just threw under the carpet. Made a sale, and moved on to a next victim. More

Sean Sajecki explained the different features of the different models and help guide me to the vehicle that i wound up with. i am quite happy with the whole experience and will defiantly recommend Sean to anyone looking for a jeep, dodge or Chrysler in the future. Also the gentleman that finished the paperwork and explained the warranties and such was knowledgeable and not high pressure, which i quite like. i purchased two warranties from him due to his laid back approach .
