I can’t say enough great things about this dealership and the people who work here. After my Equinox was in an accident, I had it serviced and fixed (or so I thought) at a different Chevy dealership. The car just never drove the same afterwards and I just knew something wasn’t right. I quickly learned that apparently the other dealership wasn’t honest about the work that was performed on my car. I refused to go back to them and brought my car to Peter at Island Chevrolet. I was met with nothing but professionalism and HONESTY. And my suspicions were correct - my Equinox was NOT repaired the way it should’ve been in the first place. Javier went out of his way to properly repair my car and fix the mistakes of another dealership that never should’ve happened to begin with. My car now runs the way I knew it always should have from the start. If it wasn’t for Peter, Javier and Joseph cleaning up someone else’s mess, I’d still be arguing and getting the runaround at the other location with a damaged car! You might think all Chevy dealerships are the same, but I can tell you from experience, this one stands above the rest and after my ordeal, I truly appreciate it! Top-notch professionalism, customer service and quality workmanship certainly will make me a return customer! More
I wrote a previous review about a returned lease turns out the dealer knew nothing about it, GM is the one who messed up my credit and charged me. I received a call from Manfredi's GM Anthony once he foun out the dealer knew nothing about it, GM is the one who messed up my credit and charged me. I received a call from Manfredi's GM Anthony once he found out he acted right away and resolved the issue. I have been assured my credit would be restored to good standing and they will pay GM to clear this up. I thanked them for their quick response. More
Bought a 2016 Chevy Suburban My wife searched high and low and found what she thinks is her perfect car! In a rush to pick it up in Staten Island from Long Island —she assumes the truck was in perfect shape like they told her. When she got it home it wasn’t till the next day that we saw scratches everywhere! We felt that they were rushing us out so that we wouldn’t notice the damages but I will give them the benefit of the doubt for the time being and see if they stand behind their cars and Name! The hood had a giant scratch and doors and panels had minor scratches. My wife called them several times and after a few months we finally have an appointment to drop the truck back there and they were nice enough to get her the right size “loaner” car for family of 6! So as of now my review is incomplete but I’m sure I will be updating you all of a great job and experience that we will have while the car gets fixed completely! It’s due for an oil change and needs to be checked from “bumper to bumper” before the warranty runs out! After reading mixed reviews, I trust in the people that we dealt with and I will be sure to finish my review in a week or so! —Ty Kevin Bracken P.S. She didn't take any information The Dealership and Service department was great BUT the woman that answered the phone was rather rude and not polite. She didn't take any information or listen to our problems to the car.My previous experience with other dealership and service department they would take all the information needed about the car, instead she said rather rudely 'I Don't Take That Information, Tell The Services People!' You need to train your employee how to speak with customers and dealing with customers. Also maybe an upgrade to the system so reception and take that information. Thank You! More

Usually I dread having to bring the car in for servicing. It never seems like the service people really care about you as the customer. I was pleasantly surprised by my visit this time. From the moment I drove my car up til work was completed, I was met by friendly, patient service reps. My rep took the time to listen to exactly what I needed to have looked at and then when other things were found that needed to be fixed, she took the time to explain why it needed to be fixed and what the cost would be. I was also kept up to date as to how the work was progressing. More
