BUYER BEWARE! I should have known better. I was looking for a Certified Acura and found one I liked at Island Acura. I was quoted a high price, but they gave me I should have known better. I was looking for a Certified Acura and found one I liked at Island Acura. I was quoted a high price, but they gave me a ‘good deal’, which I accepted. When I checked the dealer’s on line price, I WAS SAVING $8 DOLLARS…YES $8 DOLLARS off the online price. I cancelled the sale. I really needed a car, and I loved the one I originally bought, so I decided to go head with the deal. When I went to pick my car, the Purchase agreement stipulated an add’l $404.87, saying they made a mistake on the first invoice. They actually charged for something that was included on my original invoice. I am a 74 year old widow, who was lied to and taken advantage of and I am furious. This is crazy. This is my second ACURA and love my car, but my next vehicle I purchase will not be from here.
