It is true that your vehicle did have a water leak. Part of our 150 point inspection includes checking the vehicle for any water intrusion. At the time of our inspection on your Acura MDX, there were no signs of water intrusion. We do sincerely apologize that a water leak occurred a month later, and we did indeed install a brand new headliner in your vehicle. We did not realize that you were unsatisfied with your new headliner, and we urge you to reach out to our service department if you have any remaining issues with it. We do apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced, and we encourage you to reach out to us should you have any further questions or concerns.
