"Great Overall Experience!!!" My wife and I had the privilege of working with John LaRosa when trading in our Infiniti JX for our new MDX. With this being our first experience wit My wife and I had the privilege of working with John LaRosa when trading in our Infiniti JX for our new MDX. With this being our first experience with trading in a lease early, John helped in making the entire process simple and stress free. John was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. He was very attentive to our needs, knowledgable about the vehicles in the showroom, and easy to talk to. Although we didn't deal with other other employees directly, everyone in the showroom was very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Island Acura to anyone in the market for an Acura. More

A stress free experience. We worked with John LaRosa to buy a CPO MDX. John was attentive, courteous and was easy to communicate with. During the process of choosing a vehicl We worked with John LaRosa to buy a CPO MDX. John was attentive, courteous and was easy to communicate with. During the process of choosing a vehicle my wife and I had many questions spread throughout a week. John was quick to respond and was always clear with his answers. As for price on our MDX? We walked out feeling that we received a very fair deal with minimal effort. Under the leadership of Frank Onolfi, Island Acura is a no-nonsense dealership. Each time I came I was welcomed by name by not only John LaRosa, but Frank, Tony and the finance manager, Rob O'Connor. Speaking of financing...we walked in and negotiated our price knowing that we had a pre-approved loan from BFCU. While finishing the deal Rob asked if he could try to beat my rate. Within minutes he came back with a rate 20% less than the going used car rate at BFCU. Typically I feel the need to take a shower after meeting with the finance department at a car dealership to wash off all the slime. Not this time! The meeting with Rob was a pleasure as he conducted his business like a true gentleman. If you are anywhere remotely close to Island Acura you need to give them a try. They conduct business the right way by selling a great product at a fair price. More

"Professional & Kind" Ok I've been a Lessee for the Last 9 yrs. 3 of which was an RDX 13'. I had planned to keep this Beautiful Crossover. While visiting the Service Depar Ok I've been a Lessee for the Last 9 yrs. 3 of which was an RDX 13'. I had planned to keep this Beautiful Crossover. While visiting the Service Department, I peaked in to say hello to Kevin Lawrence (My Sales Agent) and of cause 3 years Later He was Just as Kind as he was when we first meet. I told him what I was thinking coming to the end of my lease and he advised my. No Pressure, No Sales Tactics and all that other Drama that we all have experienced at Dealerships! What I love most about Kevin is that He listen to me….and then the Advise comes and I can go home and think about what we discussed. Yesterday I Drove out in my New 2015 RDX, So Excited!! Ladies Feel Comforted that even thou the Dealer has a Lot of Men working, they Make you Feel like Family and Handle you with Much Respect!!!!! My service experience I called in the morning and said I needed an oil change and I was told from Joey Robinson to bring it right down.
