Specifically- with Bob "GIO" This is a Salesman, but we'd call him more of a friend. There hasn't been one time he wouldn't work out an agreeable deal with us. This past year has been a difficult one and GIO came thru better than we could of imagined. Thank you Bob for all your compassion and caring. Our review wouldn't be complete without a mention of Rob O'Connor, the financial advisor for Acura. It's actually fun meeting with him before picking up the new vehicle., All around, sales and service--- we haven't dealt with a better dealership than them. Top of the line all the way!!! More

For me I do not need anyone to "sell" me the car. What I needed was a salesman who knew about the car inside and out and our Salesman John, explained every question in full detail regarding functions of all this new technology. We added a few options and sat with with the finance manager Robert O'Connor, who worked with us all the way and made the buying experience smooth.. I would highly recommend Island Acura...Its our second truck purchased from them. More
John was great, unhappy with the condition of the car. John our salesman was great. Really knowledgable and willing to work with us, really nice guy. Unhappy when I picked up my CPO truck the window wa John our salesman was great. Really knowledgable and willing to work with us, really nice guy. Unhappy when I picked up my CPO truck the window was cracked and needed to be replaced. Also was unhappy when I took my car home there was dirt marks, and a foot print on the seat. I love that they got the car to me so fast to take home-- but disaapponted in the lack of cleaning and chipped windshield. Feel free to contact me for more info. More

I've dealt 90% of the time with Joe Robinson, who is consistently nothing short of excellent. He's a great communicator, knowledgeable, and takes great care of me whenever I visit. The rest of the service staff are also great to deal, but I always am more at ease when Joe is handling my visit. More
