Our experience was quite pleasant thanks to a gentleman salesperson named Joe Mulchay. Joe was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He really worked with us. Our biggest decision was lease? or purchase? Joe gave us a really good deal on both, making it difficult to choose. If there was anything I wasn't all too pleased with, it was with the finance guy. He was all about selling and nothing else. He was selling extended warranties on the car, the tires, the keys, etc... Through the years, I have purchased a lot of vehicles for myself and my family, and I can honestly say that If you plan on purchasing or leasing an Acura, I strongly recommend Island Acura in Wantagh, NY and you give Joe Mulchay a call. Great Experience! Charles was the first to greet me in the showroom and was very polite and welcoming. It was my first time leasing a car, usually I just purchase, he explained the whole process quiet well and made me feel better about it. His knowledge on the Acura products was more than I could ask for. I came back about 3-4 times before finalizing a deal and not once did he lose patience with me nor was he pushy. I purchased my first car at Island Acura in 2004 and was very pleased which is why I came back and will continue to come back to Island Acura. Highly recommend them and highly recommend dealing with Charles! Thanks again!! More

unexpected pleasure went to Island acura to learn more about the RDX. Met with Rocky and he was a pleasure to work with. I had an amazing recent experience with Island Acura, being a 20 year old I didn't even think an Acura was the right kind of car for me, but with the I had an amazing recent experience with Island Acura, being a 20 year old I didn't even think an Acura was the right kind of car for me, but with the amazing help of all the employees at Island, in particular Rocky Tarik, I ended up with a 2016 Acura TLX and I am so beyond happy with it so far! Island as a whole, and Rocky especially, wasn't your typical "pushy" dealer, and he made sure to get me every last dollar back to me. I would tell anyone and everyone to go to this dealership even if they think it may not be for them! I am almost excited to be back at the end of my lease to discuss another one, something most people wouldn't even think of saying about other car dealerships! More
