I scheduled a 9:15 appointment with the service center for an oil change and was told that it would be over a 2 hour wait. I let the gentleman know that it didn’t work for me. He didn’t even offer to resc for an oil change and was told that it would be over a 2 hour wait. I let the gentleman know that it didn’t work for me. He didn’t even offer to reschedule it for me. In addition, the gentleman that was checking in his car next to me was told it would be about a 2 hour wait. We were having the same service done with the exception of him having an inspection. I am disappointed in the service I received. More

We bought a certified pre-owned vehicle that was in great shape. However, within the first three days, we noticed a bubble on one of the tires, likely from hitting a pothole. I called Bob, and he arranged for a courtesy replacement tire. In addition, he addressed an issue with the seat memory/key programming. Island Acura backed up their CPO warranty and programmed a new set of keys for us at no cost. We couldn't be happier! More
