It was a long drive that I ended up making twice, and I spent the better part of 2 I found this dealership searching for a used Tacoma on Autotrader. Bob Travers was a pleasure to deal with, despite some challenges outside of his control. On my drive home after buying the truck, it had a slight shake at highway speed. I brought it back and Irwin made a more than fair adjustment--new tires. This dealership is committed to competitive pricing and customer satisfaction, and it shows! More

Not forthcoming about what they actually sell cars at Traveled 120 miles to look at a car which they listed at a lower price than what they actually wanted for it. They would not negotiate and wanted more than book value. To top it off, there were mixed messages between sales manager and sales. I talked to owner directly and he was not helpful eithier. Be forewarned that a 499 doc fee is part of purchase which is just nuts. I would look elsewhere for a car. More
