Great deal! I walked in late in the day without an appointment and asked for a salesperson. Scott Hayward was walking by and he became my salesman. I was interested in trading my 2010 Tacoma (purchased at Irwin's) for a 2016 Tacoma I had seen on Irwin's website. Scott located the truck I was interested in and we took it for a test drive. I was in pressed for time so I asked if he could work up a price with my trade and email it to me. The next morning I had the price and emailed him back that we had a deal. I picked up the truck the next day after work and Scott took the time to set up my cell phone with the truck Bluetooth and add my contacts so I was ready use my phone. Scott is a down to earth, easy going, no pressure guy. Great smooth transaction, the way it should be! More

Chris Irwin, the owner, also was most accommodating in helping us sort through a miscommunication that arose regarding additional warranties.
