My first car buying experience - they made it great I was shopping for a new car. I hadn't quite made up my mind whether I was going to buy a new or CPO car. I also was having a difficult time deciding I was shopping for a new car. I hadn't quite made up my mind whether I was going to buy a new or CPO car. I also was having a difficult time deciding between two cars. After going to many dealerships and doing multiple test drives, I finally decided on the Rav4. I also decided that spending an extra $2,000 for a new 2017 was worth it over a 2015 with 7,000 miles on it. So, I've decided to buy a new 2017 Rav 4 LE, but where do I go? I started contacting dealerships close to my house (closes being 30 minutes) and just wanted to get their best price before I spent the time driving 30-60+ minutes. Multiple dealerships got frustrated that I couldn't just come in right away and blew me off. Other dealerships got frustrated when I had a bunch of questions, they stopped responding. Needless to say, I was getting discouraged. And then, I got a response from Jameson at Irwin. Jameson started right off with a quote and it was a great quote without having to haggle or be called on my phone 10 times a day for a week. Jameson was patient and answered all of my questions. Jameson made my decision pretty easy, I was definitely willing to drive an extra half hour to have service like that and be treated with respect and patience. This was my first time buying a new car and I was terrified, he made me feel like I could trust him and that made me a lot more comfortable. Then, I get to Irwin where I was set up with Erik Faro. Erik was very friendly and extremely patient. He made me feel very comfortable like I was buying a car from a friend, not getting the wool pulled over my eyes. He let me take the car for a final test drive and was very patient when I was struggling to decide on color. He toughed it out getting soaked in the storm to make sure that I got the best quality service. I chose the Rav4 for the reliability that comes with the Toyota name. I chose Irwin for the respect and patience I was given. I would highly recommend Irwin to anyone looking to purchase a car. They are worth the extra drive. More
