When it came time to do the paperwork things got rushed and no insurance binder was asked for. We had already been pre-approved at the bank yet the dealership insisted that we double up on the paperwork. We have contacted our insurance company and asked several times for them to send a binder to not only the dealership but also the bank. It has been done per the insurance company. Now 3 weeks later the dealership is THREATHENING to repossess the vehicle because they haven't received the paperwork that the bank already has. This is not a way to treat customers. If they had properly asked for a binder on the day of purchase as they should have there would have been no problems. Also the title application showed one color for the car and the registration showed a different color!!! More

Great Car, Not So Great Service The sales process was an easy going process. I chose my car from their website, called to check availability, and visited the dealer to inspect and te The sales process was an easy going process. I chose my car from their website, called to check availability, and visited the dealer to inspect and test drive the car. After the transaction was completed, I received my documents and went on my way. Unfortunately being a first time buyer, both the seller and I neglected to present the title for the vehicle. I discovered this when I was at the DMV attempting to register the vehicle. That's when things turned for the worse. I attempted multiple times to discover the status of my title and only after 6 calls, 2 managers, 3 sellers, an operator, and several hours of attempts did I reach my original seller. The seller was actually surprised when I asked for the title and it's location and subsequently discovered that it was still at the dealer. After which I promptly picked it up and no other problems arose. So bottom line is the online sales process is excellent but the corresponding service is hit or miss, leaning more to miss. More

Scott Hayward took his time on a busy Friday working with finance to help me with a good APR % to help me afford my vehicle best for ME. Scott also showed me EVERY button, knob, and lock to my new car. He explained everything better then any dealer we have ever delt with. Jameson Pollok contacted us and sent information on location and hours of operation. We went to the Dealership on a Sunday and Howard Cullen assisted us in trying out, and buying a Tacoma SR 5. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about this vehicle. There was no pressure to buy and drive away same day. If fact, we will be picking it up next week after the Tourneau cover and surface protectant plus is applied. Josh Glazier assisted with the finances quickly and efficiently. He explained the difference in models, equipment and technology of each vehicle and then put the decision in our hands. When we arrived to pick up the SUV he went through every detail of the sale and sat in the car with us for well over an hour explaining each feature. He helped us set up the technology and was very patient when we asked questions. We would highly recommend Scott Hayward to anyone looking for a vehicle whether new or used.
