I've had an intermittently issue with my Tundra that was in the service department 3 times finally on the 3rd visit the problem arouse and they where able to diagnose it and fix it. The service manager was in the service department 3 times finally on the 3rd visit the problem arouse and they where able to diagnose it and fix it. The service manager was able to take care of me with a discount as I have paid a bill for labor for the 1st trip to try and diagnose the intermittent problem, I thank them for honoring up and helping me with a discount. Irwin Toyota goes out of its way to be customer friendly. Everyone in the dealership is friendly and helpful. Also there shuttle service is very handy and accommodating. I will be buying my next vehicle at Irwin again. More

I had an appointment with Alexis to test drive a vehicle to which I drove 2 hours for. When I arrived, Alexis was not there, and I was assigned another sales consultant (Craig?) whose only concern was that to which I drove 2 hours for. When I arrived, Alexis was not there, and I was assigned another sales consultant (Craig?) whose only concern was that they were closing in 20 minutes. Then, they couldn't even locate the vehicle I came to test drive. It wasn't on this lot or a neighboring lot. They were non-communicative with me and non-apologetic. How do you not know where your inventory is?? I drove 4 hours round-trip FOR AN APPOINTMENT with someone WHO WASN'T EVEN THERE for a CAR THAT WASN'T EVEN THERE! Complete waste of time.
