I've had an intermittently issue with my Tundra that was in the service department 3 times finally on the 3rd visit the problem arouse and they where able to diagnose it and fix it. The service manager was in the service department 3 times finally on the 3rd visit the problem arouse and they where able to diagnose it and fix it. The service manager was able to take care of me with a discount as I have paid a bill for labor for the 1st trip to try and diagnose the intermittent problem, I thank them for honoring up and helping me with a discount. Irwin Toyota goes out of its way to be customer friendly. Everyone in the dealership is friendly and helpful. Also there shuttle service is very handy and accommodating. I will be buying my next vehicle at Irwin again. More

Irwin dealership has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They don’t care to gain your business. I’ve been looking for a truck for weeks. Had no problem with any other dealership. I had an appointment with Alexis to test drive a vehicle to which I drove 2 hours for. When I arrived, Alexis was not there, and I was assigned another sales consultant (Craig?) whose only concern was that to which I drove 2 hours for. When I arrived, Alexis was not there, and I was assigned another sales consultant (Craig?) whose only concern was that they were closing in 20 minutes. Then, they couldn't even locate the vehicle I came to test drive. It wasn't on this lot or a neighboring lot. They were non-communicative with me and non-apologetic. How do you not know where your inventory is?? I drove 4 hours round-trip FOR AN APPOINTMENT with someone WHO WASN'T EVEN THERE for a CAR THAT WASN'T EVEN THERE! Complete waste of time.
