We had a 3 HR trip & when we got there he was waiting for us let us try it out right away & then talk things over when we got back. It was everything he said it was, we asked him a few more questions, decided that he was giving us an excellent deal as well as a fair trade in on our "08 Rav. I had already searched Irwin's Used inventory and had picked out a truck to test drive. Scott mentioned another truck and since I was not a fan of larger trucks, I decided to give it a test drive and then test the one I had really come to check out. The experience was better than I had expected and when I returned to test the other truck, as soon as I sat behind the wheel, I knew I did not need a test drive to compare it with the one I had just returned - the one Scott had put me onto. Bottom line is I chose the larger truck the Scott had recommended. He made the rest of the transaction painless, and everything was easily processed. I appreciate Scott's professional demeanor, which is enhanced by his conversational approach. I'd buy from him again. As for Irwin - I have little experience and no significant service history, so I refrain from rating those factors.. I never grant a dealer 5 stars on price because I am confident their business model and my buying model are at odds, so I am never overly enthusiastic about the cost of motorcars...but I have purchased my last two vehicles from this dealer....
