We wanted a used Prius in nice condition, with low mileage, that was well priced - not an easy find! And, we were the unenviable position of having to get a car right away. To make matters even more complicated, we live over two hours from the dealership, so we needed to be assured the car we coming to get was accurately represented - and it was - a total cream puff!!! Scott also made sure that everything was pulled together to make the sale happen smoothly, so we could be on our way as quickly as possible. We definitely will be getting our next car at Irwin!!! The vehicle was there to test drive as promised, my sales person Howard Cullen was knowledgeable and professional, and the negotiation and final price were reasonable. I did not experience the usual high sales pressure tactics at the time of purchase (eg to use their financing). Just so you know, I did not have a trade-in so can’t comment on that. More
