Excellent buying and leasing experience. My wife and I brought our 3 kids and basically took over the dealership for the better part of two days. I know that we were hard to please, but Jere My wife and I brought our 3 kids and basically took over the dealership for the better part of two days. I know that we were hard to please, but Jeremy Cates was very patient and understanding of our needs. Jeremy and the staff stayed late both days to make sure we got the best deals for our trade-ins, lease, and used vehicle. Our Financial Manager, Dennis M., was excellent as well. He was quick and efficient and somehow kept the kids entertained the entire time we were signing paperwork! Overall, this was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. More

Glenn put it all together for us, and we left feeling good about what we did. Because it was kind of complicated, it took a long time to get all the ducks in a row, but it was worth it. A few suggestions: might it be easier and quicker for us to go look at the vehicles instead of having the vehicles brought to us, one by one? And the woman who offered us "options" to the car was terribly unhelpful...just laid a tablet of choices in front of us and offered little advice. So, we turned them all down. But, Glenn did the job for us and we are very satisfied and grateful. More
