Service Dept.is always a disaster Yet another service appointment at Irwins and yet another disaster as usual. I have to go to this dealership for warranty work and scheduled maintenan Yet another service appointment at Irwins and yet another disaster as usual. I have to go to this dealership for warranty work and scheduled maintenance per my contract. It is NEVER a smooth or seamless process. Needed a 5,000 mile service per contract which includes nothing but rotating the tires. Was told when I made appt. that there was a recall on the vehicle ( second one in a year and a half) and they had to put a new part in. Of course they couldn't do it at the date and time I requested so I had to take a day off from work (again) and do it at their convenience. I also needed a state inspection which when I signed the lease contract was told inspections were free for the term of the lease. Not true but my fault for not reading it before signing it. As you would guess it, yes it failed the state inspection because the windshield wiper motor apparently only works on one setting. Guess what? They don't have any in stock. A dealership whose website boasts 56 of my vehicle in stock doesn't have something as simple as a windshield wiper motor sitting on a shelf in the back room. So guess what else? Yes of course I need to take another day off from work and come back. All the while they beg and plead with you about giving them a 10 star rating when the survey comes in my e-mail. Well guess what? You're getting a zero star rating because if you really want a 10 then you should have been working the phones trying to find a xxxx wiper motor while the customer and vehicle were right there. Nope. They could care less that I have to miss another day of work. Do yourselves a favor and go ANYWHERE for service except this disaster of a dealership. Nothing EVER goes smoothly at this place. There is always a problem. When I got my vehicle back they left the window down on a rainy day, adjusted my seat and took out my floor mats leaving me a note saying they were illegal. Run as fast as you can away from this dealership. I am updating this review in the interest of being fair and telling both sides of the story. After returning to the dealership today and having the part installed and a new inspection sticker, the dealership did not charge me for it and I think it's important for folks to know that they did this gesture for me. More

Check out Toyota truck battery Went up to Irwin's to have them check truck battery that seems to lose its life twice in the last month. My husband has not been using the vehicle very much over the last few months--guess that is the reason. They suggested getting a Battery Tender to keep it current. Everything all checked out and they even did his inspection due soon. All went A-OK. Always get good service from the people at Irwins!! More
