Irwin Toyota earned a customer for life today. I recently purchased a used Tacoma from Irwin. About 45 days later I experienced a slight problem with the power steering. Without hesitation and without me having to ask, the service manager made the decision that they were going to make all the repairs at no charge to me. Although I was technically past the date of the limited term warranty, they did what most dealerships would not do...they took responsibility for the product they sold me. This is an extremely honest dealership that now has a customer for life. More
