We brought our car, 2019 Rogue, in for repairs after an accident. When we picked it up we questioned a few new blemishes, a fender that wasn't put on securely and a new issue we were having with our hood accident. We will have to put in a new claim, when we can afford it, to have the issues repaired. I have dealt with Irving for numerous years and will not return there after this. People used to take pride in work but apparently no longer. More

On Sept. 13, 2021 our car was serviced for state inspection, oil change and multi-point check. Our appointment was scheduled quickly and on the day of the appointment check in was, answered all our inspection, oil change and multi-point check. It took as long as predicted and everything we asked to be done was completed. The charge was reasonable. I also appreciated that the employees at the desk were wearing a mask. Great experience working with Zach Land to purchase our new car. He was knowledgeable, professional, and all around easy to work with. We went in to test drive a used and new vehicle. We did not feel pressured or overwhelmed, which is saying a lot as we are easily overwhelmed and were overall dreading the car buying experience.
