Impersonal. Get on the conveyor belt and buy a car. Acted liked they were doing us a favor taking our money to buy a truck. Didn't want to answer questions. Rushed us. We had to ask for a different salesman because the one we were working with was snippy and rude. Between the time we started inquiring about the truck and came to buy, the dealership dropped the price by a lousy $168. The salesman said that "this was a mistake but they would honor the price." We had expected to go home with this truck but changed our minds after trying to work with them and seeing that the truck had not been detailed properly or gone over in the shop right. More

Craig Lachappel was an awesome salesman. Not pushy in the least and worked to get me into the Tundra that I ended up buying. Irwin Toyota was the closest Toyota dealership to where I lived so that was anothe least and worked to get me into the Tundra that I ended up buying. We brought our car, 2019 Rogue, in for repairs after an accident. When we picked it up we questioned a few new blemishes, a fender that wasn't put on securely and a new issue we were having with our hood accident. We will have to put in a new claim, when we can afford it, to have the issues repaired. I have dealt with Irving for numerous years and will not return there after this. People used to take pride in work but apparently no longer. More

On Sept. 13, 2021 our car was serviced for state inspection, oil change and multi-point check. Our appointment was scheduled quickly and on the day of the appointment check in was, answered all our inspection, oil change and multi-point check. Our appointment was scheduled quickly and on the day of the appointment check in was, answered all our questions and texted updates. It took as long as predicted and everything we asked to be done was completed. The charge was reasonable. I also appreciated that the employees at the desk were wearing a mask. I refer to this automotive service offered by Irwin's as Laconia Quick and Easy Lane. Barb More
