I have purchased 3 cars from them, a Thunderbird, Taurus and a Priu for 30+years, gone out of their way to do business in a fair and friendly manner. She had a trade in that was is an upside down equity position since it was a gas guzzler. The staff at Irwins worked for 4 hours to see that the numbers "worked" and that financing could be worked out in a time of little or no credit. I would rate them 5 out of 4 stars for excellence. I find Irwin Motors to be a very customer focused business. They are always willing to accomodate you for service appointments. They are ready to service your vehicle when you arrive, and have a co business. They are always willing to accomodate you for service appointments. When the service is complete, they explain everything they have done. They even wash your vehicle, or give you a coupon for a car wash if the weather is bad. I rate Irwin A+. More
