I have had many experiences with dealership service for past vehicles including Volvos, Dodge Trucks, and Jeep Wranglers. As I have to drive over 50 minutes for service, the staff is always sensitive to the fact that I have to wait for the service and expedites the process as quickly as they can. During the service process, I am also always informed of unanticipated problems that may be found and I am asked if I would like to have them addressed. There are never any suprises.
