At Irwin's I feel very comfortable as a customer. They greet you right away in the service department with very friendly and knowledgable personalities and make you feel at home. They have a nice waiting area with free coffee or water, plenty of reading material and even a tv should you wish to watch it. It makes the time pass more quickly. If there are any issues with your car that you haven't noticed, they send a representative out to talk with you so you can make an informed decision as to whether or not to take care of it then or later. They offer coupons for service as well as other perks, like free carwash coupons and reward cards for a percentage of the cost of your service. I saved a great deal of money the last time I went in for service, on top of the free carwash and a $10 Comp Card. I have also received Dunkin' Donuts cards at various times which have come in handy and were appreciated! They are a great dealership of "regular, down-to-earth people" who genuinely care! More
Several of our cars are "older" and need to have great service in order to be safe on the road. Irwin's have a wonderful team of mechanics who give us a "heads up" on future needs as well as providing top service in order to be safe on the road. An even bigger disappointment is the fact that I asked you (over the phone last week) why this vehicle was priced lower than similar Siennas -even lower than an 06 on your lot- and you did not have an answer for me. All you had to do was look at the Carfax report and see that it had been a rental vehicle AND had been in an accident. THAT'S why it was priced the way that it was. It has a crappy cover-up paint job on both bumpers, ugly stains in the back interior and an unknown history. My "experience" at Irwin was a poor one. My Dad taught me to be truthful and treat others with respect and there was failure on your part in these catagories. I think the world needs more people with open hearts, not less. I know that car sales is a business and money needs to be made but that can co-exist with true concern and caring for your customers. The Irwin team needs to try harder at that. -Kathy Rouleau More
I have been buying cars and trucks from Irwins for more than 25 years. Everyone over the years has has been very courteous. Sales and service representatives have been very helpful. The service people at the desk always call me by name before I tell them what I need. I would reccomend Irwins for sales and service to anyone. More
Service and staff have always been great. Early morning service and waiting for car fits into plans for day. Service tech explains what has to be done to vehicle. I purchased a Toyota Avalon from Irwin last December and my wife just purchased a Ford Edge from them this week. even though we are not in a position to take advantage of the "cash for clunkers" program, this dealer was honest enough and explained all the components of that program and made suggestions for the future. the "cash for clunkers" program, this dealer was honest enough and explained all the components of that program and made suggestions for the future. He did not try to get us to drive all the way to the dealership (45 miles or so) to see or talk about something that we were not interested in...much appreciated. We are likely to be in a position to purchase a new(er) Tacoma by May 2010 and will strongly consider this experience at that time. Thanks! More

Service Department employees are always courteous,friendly, helpful, and honest,'right up front', with detailed explanations of required work provided both verbally and in writing. Dave Piper is and has always been an extremely helpful service manager. Service technicians have also been friendly and helpful when I ask for additional clarification. Friendly reminders, of periodic auto service needs are sent in writing, right on schedule. I have a '93 Camry and an '02 Highlander, and I always have both Toyotas serviced at Irwin Toyota. They also have a wonderful Owner Protection Program that credits money back toward future service work, and new Tires purchased at Irwin include free rotation with every other oil change! I recommnend Irwin Toyota to anyone considering purchasing a car, new or used, because my experience as both a buyer and a service dept. customer has been very positive.
