At Irwin's I feel very comfortable as a customer. They greet you right away in the service department with very friendly and knowledgable personalities and make you feel at home. They have a nice waiting area with free coffee or water, plenty of reading material and even a tv should you wish to watch it. It makes the time pass more quickly. If there are any issues with your car that you haven't noticed, they send a representative out to talk with you so you can make an informed decision as to whether or not to take care of it then or later. They offer coupons for service as well as other perks, like free carwash coupons and reward cards for a percentage of the cost of your service. I saved a great deal of money the last time I went in for service, on top of the free carwash and a $10 Comp Card. I have also received Dunkin' Donuts cards at various times which have come in handy and were appreciated! They are a great dealership of "regular, down-to-earth people" who genuinely care! More

He did not try to get us to drive all the way to the dealership (45 miles or so) to see or talk about something that we were not interested in...much appreciated. Service Department employees are always courteous,friendly, helpful, and honest,'right up front', with detailed explanations of required work provided both verbally and in writing. Dave Piper is and has always been an extremely helpful service manager. Service technicians have also been friendly and helpful when I ask for additional clarification. Friendly reminders, of periodic auto service needs are sent in writing, right on schedule. I have a '93 Camry and an '02 Highlander, and I always have both Toyotas serviced at Irwin Toyota. They also have a wonderful Owner Protection Program that credits money back toward future service work, and new Tires purchased at Irwin include free rotation with every other oil change! I recommnend Irwin Toyota to anyone considering purchasing a car, new or used, because my experience as both a buyer and a service dept. customer has been very positive.
