Great deal on an amazing truck. Salesman could not be there at time of pickup due to personal reason. Which is understandable. So as a result the pickup was jumble of confusion. I had an appointment at 8am. It took almost 2hrs to get an oil change and tire rotation done. Then I was billed for my oil change even though I bought the vehicle from Irwin’s and had free oil changes? App an oil change and tire rotation done.
