It was a pleasant experience when I had to take my van in for a problem with the door check. It was covered under warranty but the men there treated me as though I was the one paying out of pocket for it. for a problem with the door check. I went to buy a used car here, thinking that they would take care of me. Little did I know that I was going to be taken advantage of!. The sales people here gave me this big speech about MPG and everything take care of me. Little did I know that I was going to be taken advantage of!. The car rattles, goes all over the road even after going over a small bump. Just a terrible car, and I still can't believe how the salespeople never disclosed what was wrong. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY A CAR HERE!!! More

I have gone to a couple of dealerships prior to going to Irwin Toyota and I can honestly say the Irwin's is the most professional one of them all. I never hesitate to call them to set up an appointment and Irwin Toyota and I can honestly say the Irwin's is the most professional one of them all. I never hesitate to call them to set up an appointment and they will always scheduled me right away. Even if I tell them that I am going to have to wait for the car to be done they do everything they can possible do to perform their maintenance work as quickly as possible but never so quickly that the quality of their workmanship is compromised. As a matter of fact, just yesterday I purchased from them a new 2011 Sienna and I got it for the price I wanted, which in my opinion showed me they truly do care about me as their customer and wanted to keep me coming back to them. This was my third Toyota Sienna and I plan to buy all my cars from them. They do things the right way for their customers. You can tell that it isn't just lip service, they live up to their reputation as a dealership that puts the customer FIRST and not one that only cares about THEIR profit margin. I know they have to make a profit too, but I think that if a customer walks away totally satisfied then they have done their job at securing a customer for life. More
