By far the least stressful car buying experiense we've ever had. We did an internet price so we knew what we were paying for the new car before we got there. I took my car in for service when my service light came on. I was met immediately at the desk by a pleasant gentleman who took my keys and explained what would happen and how long it would take. Let me know what needed to be done. Explained the cost to me. Asked if I wanted this work done. It was done quickly and was processed quickly and I was on my way even faster than expected with less cost than I expected. My recent auto purchase experience with Irwin Motors this past June was a very good one. I had shopped around a bit to see what might be available in the local area in purchase and lease deals on a limited past June was a very good one. I had shopped around a bit to see what might be available in the local area in purchase and lease deals on a limited budget, and the sales consultant at Irwin's made it happen for me. As a single woman, I was worried about having to "haggle" and play games to get the deal I wanted, but that simply was not necessary at Irwin's. I didn't feel any pressure at all, the sales consultant was most helpful and really went the extra mile to get me into my new Toyota! Follow up was great, too. I haven't had the opportunity to deal with the Service Department yet, but I'm sure I won't be disappointed if/when the need arises. I would recommend that anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle check out Irwin Motors and see what they can do for you! Your experience will be a pleasant one. More

The sales staff and management were excellent to deal with. There was no pressure to buy nor was there any rush in the buying process. I purchased a vehicle form Irwins 10 years ago and was pleased with the service then from Gene Meir(spell check) and hadn't had the need to go back until this most recent servicing of my truck. Our first experience with Irwin Toyota was a few years ago when, after having been given the run-around by the Toyota dealer in WRJct where we purchased the '98 Camry, regarding a couple of problems the ago when, after having been given the run-around by the Toyota dealer in WRJct where we purchased the '98 Camry, regarding a couple of problems the car had. We had also taken the car to a local independent garage with no results. The car interior would fill with a sulphurous odor whenever it was accelerating. It also had a persistent rattle in the front end. The dealer where the car was purchased said it needed an entire fuel injection system replacement. The local garage was clueless. In desparation, we called Irwin, on the chance that they might have more experience with their products. Dave Piper took our call and my wife described the symptoms for him. He diagnosed the odor problem over the phone. It was a vent that they had found to be troublesome on that year Camry. The technician working on the car found that the front strut mounts were installed incorrectly and causing the front-end rattle. We have recently purchased a 2009 Tacoma at Irwin's and had it at Irwin's shop for it's 5000 mile oil change and checkup. There was a known fault in the stereo system and they replaced it. Laconia is a bit out of our way; but, we continue to make the trip and haven't been disappointed. More
