The Prius will be in need of tires in about 3 months and because of people like Ray and the help he has given I will most certainly be buying them from Irwin Motors. I have a 2000 Toyota 4-Runner that I'm keeping on the road. A few years ago I went to a dealer in Central Massachusetts to have the lights on the dashboard worked on - they had stopped illuminating what road. A few years ago I went to a dealer in Central Massachusetts to have the lights on the dashboard worked on - they had stopped illuminating what the button were over the years and I wanted my 16 year old son to be able to drive the car at night without having to feel around for the buttons for the radio and air-conditioning, etc. The Massachusetts dealer took the car in and then told me that the lights could not be replaced or made to work. I was unhappy and was talking to a friend who recommended that I take the car to Irwin Toyota in New Hampshire. There I met Ray who worked with me to get the dashboard lit up again. I have continued to have my Toyotas repaired at Irwin with Ray and I couldn't be happier. He has never recommended that I fix things that are okay and he often recommends less expensive options to fix things that I've research on the internet that are wrong with my car. I have even bought a couple of cars (new and used) working with Gene and that has gone very well too!! More

Ray always provides exceptional customer service. He is friendly, down-to-earth and feels like my best friend looking out for the well being of my Corolla. I am unemployed and can't afford unnecessary expensive repairs. It's great that I can use coupons from the website and earn rewards towards future repairs to help reduce the costs of repairs. This visit Ray was more than willing to coordinate my visit with the Recon Dept. and I left my car for the day. I took the courtesy van home. When my vehicle was ready, Ray called and had the van pick me up to go back to service. I trust Irwin's and know Ray will go the extra step to keep me coming back. Thank you. More
I went in to test drive a vehicle I had seen, and it ended up not being for me. I test drove another vehicle that was suggested to me, and although it was a great SUV, it just wasn't for me either. I had seen a 2011 Ford Escape on the lot, and went in the next day asking to test drive it. I ended up purchasing the Escape from Scott, and he was great in helping me get into the car that I wanted. Dennis was also great in getting a decent payment that worked for me. This is my second purchase from Irwin's in a row. Thanks! More
