I had an issue with a oil leak on the engine. I had talked to Asst Service Manager Ray Landry. He had the tech look at it and wanted to clean the area and run it another week. Brought it back in 2 weeks and the frontcover was leaking. I made arraingement to bring it in a week and repair it. He topped off the oil. He kept in contact with me on the progress of the repair. I went to the dealer (my first visit) intending only to test drive a new Prius V. The salesman, Glenn Buehl, was quite knowledgeable with the many hi-tech features of the car (a Prius V) and answered every test drive a new Prius V. When we returned to his office, he offered me a great price with no pressure at all to buy. I was and am quite impressed with the dealership, the salesman and the car, so i bought it right then. I love the car and can't recommend this dealership and this salesman, highly enough. More

All was done as promised, on time and in an excellent professional manner. The Prius Tech had, in my engineering opinion, exceptional knowledge of the Prius. I would also rate him as 5/5 also. Bob was there for ME AGAIN! I work in Maine 5 days a week and Bob goes out of his way to take care of our needs. I had a funny sound in wheels and he took care of this promptly on my day at home. It was nothing serious but he checked everything before I left the garage and he found headlamp bulb that needed to be replaced, (which I never saw), Basically as always he took great care of my car. There are not many people in business that you can honestly are focused on the customer needs but Bob is unique in this respect. He also took time and checked to find we had credit due us and he applied that to bill which was great. Dave then introduced us to the finance person Josh Grazier, he completed the paperwork quickly and efficiently, no hard up sells.
