I was having problems with my brakes and Ray Landry made sure I was able to bring my car in the same day so I did not drive dangerously. I was able to use the computer room area to complete some personal tasks since I do not own a laptop. I was even greeted by Ray in the parking lot by name as soon as he saw me. Ray really takes the time to know his customers! He truly has a customer service personality. I did not have the funds to spend a lot of money today so the Service Technician was able to safely repair my car for now. I will hopefully have a job soon and be able to complete the repairs needed. Maybe Irwin's will become my new employer and my Corolla can be repaired while I work, lol. I would be proud to work for the Irwin Automotive Group because they genuinely care and put the Quality in Customer Service and Repairs. Thank you Ray & team. from Cindy More
