I was in the market to finding a new car. Now my parents have purchased their cars from Irwin's so I figured that I would go online to check out what they had for used inventory since I really was not looki have purchased their cars from Irwin's so I figured that I would go online to check out what they had for used inventory since I really was not looking for a brand new car. I found one that I was interested in so I asked my parents to go down to look at it to see if it was something that I would like since I was not in NH that day. They went down and talked with the salesman that they both purchased their two Toyotas from Michael Huckins. They talked with him and gave him my info since I really liked what I saw online. He called and we talked. He even had my parents take the car for a ride so they could tell me what they thought of it. His customer service was great answering all my questions since a lot of the business was done over the phone. There was no pressure like some car dealerships give you once you step on their lot. A deposit was placed and I went down this past weekend with my fiancé to purchase this car. Thanks Michael and the rest of the crew that made this a painless and fun day for us. More

We then worked with Betty Balentyne to do some paperwork, and again she was helpful and forthcoming with figures about both our trade-in and the purchase of our new car. The day of pick- up, it was an extremely busy day at the dealership, but everyone took their time to make things run smoothely, from Geoff to Josh, the financial person. When I was shopping for a newer vehicle I wanted to make sure it was a certified used. I looked at Irwin Toyota because they had a couple of trucks I was looking at. Mike Sullivan was/is a super sales man and met all my expectations. Also returned phone calls in a timely manner and has been working very hard at meeting certain needs as far getting certain items replaced or repaired. I was having problems with my brakes and Ray Landry made sure I was able to bring my car in the same day so I did not drive dangerously. I did not have the funds to spend a lot of money today so the Service Technician was able to safely repair my car for now. I will hopefully have a job soon and be able to complete the repairs needed. Maybe Irwin's will become my new employer and my Corolla can be repaired while I work, lol. I mentioned a problem to Wayne that I was having with my van while at Irwin's for another reason . Wayne researched the problem and found out that the primary cause was still under warranty. I have been recommending Irwin's for years because of the top quality service they provide. When I am ready to trade in my Toyota Sienna I will most certainly go to Irwin's. More
