He was brusque, and did not have the documentation of the financial paperwork clearly stated which delayed the process. He pitched add on extended warranty etc and when I told him I was not interested he raced through the paperwork to get me out the door. More

When I walked in I was immediately welcomed by Bob Abbott, one of the Service Advisors. Bob was very friendly and eager to help me in getting my free oil change and tire rotation. He showed me to the waiting room where there were was complimentary coffee and donuts. Before I knew it Bob came back and told me that my service was done. I thought for what they had to do that I would end up waiting a long time. Fast, Friendly Service was what I got. I surely will be taking my Tundra back to see Bob at Irwin Motors. Thank You More
This was one of our best visits in all our years with MANY cars. Our Sales Rep, Mike Sullivan was so accommodating.Follow from him was excellent as well. Very communicative. The whole transaction was so helpful, smooth and friendly. We didn't have to sit for hours trying to deal which is very exhausting. We bought a 2014 Toyota Sienna van and we are sooo pleased with it. Fantastic vehicle. The whole experience was well worth rating it all 5's. We've had a Toyota Sienna in the past and once again it has come through with flying colors plus some! I purchased a 2013 Toyota Highlander from Irwin Toyota and a month after the purchase I had a small "incident" with my vehicle. I called Ray Landry to see if he could get my vehicle in to see the extent and a month after the purchase I had a small "incident" with my vehicle. I called Ray Landry to see if he could get my vehicle in to see the extent of the damage. He gave me an appointment the very same day and meeting with him he turned me over to Mike Eddy to evaluate under my car. Ray approached me soon afterwards and told me I would have to contact my insurance company for the repairs. I went home and called the insurance company and we made arrangements for the adjuster to meet me at the dealership for them to see the damage done. I met all at the dealership and Ray Landry handled everything for me. He asked us to go over to the body shop as that was where they had an open lift. Once there Mike Eddy took over and handled everything with expertise and knowledge. It was decided by the adjuster and Mike that I shouldn't be driving the vehicle and Mike called and made arrangements for me to get a rental car. A rental was no be had until later in the day and Mike said if I could wait a little longer he would arrange for me to get a ride home. As it was, he took me home and explained just what would happen - ordering of parts and repair of my vehicle. During this visit at the dealership Glenn Strom also helped obtain certain information regarding parts and availability. I had contacted Ray several times during the 10 days it took to get my car repaired, and not once did he get upset with me for calling him. He was a gentleman and always said he would get back to me once the car was fixed. He called about 8 days later to tell me the parts had arrived and the car should be ready in a couple of days. Good to his word, he called 2 days later to say it was ready, HURRAH!! When my husband and I went to retrieve my car Ray was behind the counter and recognized us immediately and told us they were just finishing up and it should only be about another 10 minutes. He came and got us in the waiting room with a big smile on his face, to tell us we were all done and could leave. He gave us the bill and he escorted us to the gal who handled the fincances. He shook our hands and wished us well, but he also said "if you have any problems, give me a call". Now I tell you, how many establishments do that? This whole experience started off on a low note as I was very upset that I had the misfortune of damaging my vehicle, but Ray, Mike and Glenn made it all worthwhile, they are truly an asset to Irwin Automotive Group. Other than for regular service, I hope I don't have to use their expertise again, but if I do, Ray will be the very first person I will call. More
