I inquired about a Tacoma on line. How many times should a customer request that a phone call be returned? Is 4 too many because I have asked to speak to someone for more information on the vehicle 3 times a customer request that a phone call be returned? Is 4 too many because I have asked to speak to someone for more information on the vehicle 3 times already and in response, I've received emails on what a great dealer this is, alternate vehicles and the same information as on the website about the vehicle of interest. Perhaps a sales manager or a Mr. Irwin (if there is one) would care but it appears that the "E" people are not interested in selling cars. More

Bob was extremely nice and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and professional and we truly felt he was genuine and cared about us and not just about selling us a truck.
