Today was my first experience buying a new car, and Jay made it quick and painless for me. The short version of my story is I was treated very poorly by Irwin Toyota.. It took David Degrace over a week and many email request by me to get back to me with any numbers. After many emails I was able to get apologies from Floor manager Chris Branch. Chris promised to always call me back. And that he was gonna have the white Tacoma i agreeded to buy at least located in two days. Neither has happened... They are very good at Promises...I would Love to have a sit down with the owner on Irwin Toyota.. Fives Stars for Promises & making people wait... Maybe the right thing to do is travel outside the lake region for a good Toyota Dealership More
