Ease of Leasing a new Toyota I have been a loyal customer of Irwin since I moved to NH in 1996. He is always so pleasant to deal with and does his best to accommodate your needs and wishes. In my case, Bob made the process so easy, and I trust dealing with him. I actually did not even appear at Irwin until I picked up the car! He worked hard to meet my needs of my budget and even the color of the car was a delightful surprise, now that IS TRUST! I had many interactions with multiple dealerships with disappointing results ...that is until I found Irwin's! From my first online contact to driving away in my Avalon I was treated with respect. My initial contact was with Jeff Wildoner who responded even after hours to my initial inquiry. He answered each and every inquiry promptly and answered all of my questions. He followed up emails with phone calls. He initiated my online credit check and set up an appointment for me to come in to look at the cars I was interested in. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Jeff who turned me over to a Jaime Machado, a product specialist. Jamie was extremely professional, engaging and very knowledgeable about the Avalon. He was patient with my many questions, and I was amazed at the transparency of his sales approach. He was relaxed with none of the "hard sell" tactics that I had experienced with other sales people. After I made my decision Jaime introduced me to Dennis Marhefka,Financial Services Manager, who worked energetically to walk me through the financing process, educating me and encouraging me so that I could receive the options and finance rate/payment that met my needs. He made what can be a daunting experience much more manageable. This is the best consumer experience that I have ever had. If you are looking for a new or used car this is the company to go to! More

2015 FJ Cruiser- David DeGrace I had an excellent buying experience at Irwin Motors. I wanted a new FJ, because Toyota is discontinuing this model. He kept me updated through out the whole process, and when it finally arrived, it was everything I had requested and more! Their Internet specialist, Jeff Wildoner, handled our initial inquiry professionally, courteously, and expeditiously, turning us quickly over to salesman David DeGrace who took us through the rest of the process in exactly the same manner. From initial inquiry until we drove our new car off the lot, the entire process took us four (4) days, and we got exactly the car that we wanted. USAA helped to establish the vehicle's price, Irwin gave us a fair trade-in on our used car, and Toyota made the experience even more enjoyable with zero (0) per cent financing. All of the staff at Irwin who worked with us were cheerily personable and knew their respective jobs cold. Dave did the bulk of the work with us and could not have been more friendly or effective. I have already recommended Irwin to a family member and would certainly recommend them to others who were shopping for a new car. More
